For centuries, the Silk Road carried spice, fire, and hospitality from Samarkand to the world - and that road now ends at our door on NW Cary Parkway. Here, plov is layered the traditional way with rice, carrots, and tender beef; lagman noodles are pulled by hand; and shashlik is grilled over real charcoal until the edges char and the center stays juicy. Every plate is generous by design, because on this road, no traveler leaves hungry.

this food is amazing the 10 Mini Kebab Skewers were so tasty and perfectly cooked, I wish they were a little bigger pieces of meat but alas still really good. and the Khachapuri was so salty in a good way and the bread had a great chew. I can't wait to get this again
Jay JThe Spicy Fried Lagman was just as good as it looks- spicy in a seasoned way- not just pain. The proportions were pretty good. The Kimchi Fried Rice was just kimichi fried rice.. nothing fancy. The Khachapuri was so much bigger than I thought! And sooo good. The bread was baked perfectly and the cheese was yummy. I'm saving the egg side for breakfast! Just so everyone knows.
